Display your cured meats, assorted cheeses, fruits, nuts, crackers, and jelly in a traditional charcuterie spread, or make the board your own with family favorites.
 
Cherry wood is known for its strength and durability. Although it’s also called “New England mahogany,” our cherry wood comes from Northern Michigan – home of the cherry capital of the world. The heartwood’s reddish-gold hue is one of the defining characteristics of cherry wood. It has a satiny feel and is rarer than maple or oak. This charcuterie board is 17"L x 11"W x 1/2"H and includes purple resin.
 
Product care: Hand wash with a sponge and soapy water on both sides to prevent warping. Rinse and dry with a clean dish towel or paper towel. Allow the board to dry vertically before putting it away. Use food-safe mineral oil to regularly condition the board. To make the resin’s color pop, rub it with oil before your next party.
 
Please note that these are charcuterie boards and not cutting boards – cutting on the resin is not recommended because it will dull your knives and can scratch the artwork.
